Door Service provides on-site repair and maintenance for RO Water Purifiers, Kitchen Chimneys, and Air Conditioners (AC). All services are performed by our trained technicians at the customer's provided location.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, technician unavailability, etc.).
Please provide at least 2 hours' notice for any cancellations from your side.
Service charges vary based on the type of appliance and the extent of the problem.
Any spare parts used during repair will be charged extra.
Payment must be made immediately after the service is completed via Cash, UPI, or Online Transfer.
We provide a limited-period warranty on specific repairs and spare parts. The exact duration will be mentioned on your service bill.
Warranty does not cover damages caused by external factors, electrical fluctuations, or mishandling by the customer after the repair.
Customers must ensure an adult is present at the service location during the technician's visit.
Please ensure a safe working environment for our technicians.
Door Service is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the appliance or any indirect loss caused by appliance failure. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
